RULES FOR ABSTRACTS

The authors must comply with the following rules for the Abstracts:

  • The text will be published in English
  • Dimension of the page: A4
  • Margins (cm): Up, 2.5; Down, 2.5; Left, 2.5; Right, 2.5

- Topic (only for the Abstract, no need to mention on the final Paper, if an abstract was submitted before). Choose, from the topics of the Congress (T-01 to T-17), the one that better fits the content of your document and insert it before the title.
- TITLE Times New Roman standard; size font 14, bold, normal letters; alignment left.
- Space 2 lines
- AUTHOR(S) of the article in the following order: [(first) name][abbreviations of other names] [family name (surname)]. Size font 10; for names use normal letters, for family name use capitals; alignment left. If more than one author, they must be identified by numbers which will correspond to their addresses below. Identification numbers as superscripts with right brackets.
-Space 1 line
- ADDRESS of the author(s). Size font 10, normal letters; alignment left. In the case of multiple addresses, the same identification number must be located before the address as superscripts with right brackets. Each address should be located on an individual line.
- Space 2 lines
- ABSTRACT Size font 10; alignment to block. [Length of abstract should be maximum 2 pages].

- FIGURES Reserve space for headings and legends; these should be placed below the figures (or exceptionally besides, if a figure is narrow), centred. Always use “Fig. 1”, “Fig. 2”, etc., in any circumstances, as in the template.
- TABLES Headings and legends of tables will be inserted above the tables, centred. Recommended format of tables is MS Excel or MS Word. Always use “Table 1”, “Table 2”, in any circumstances, as in the template.

- Space 1 line
- Keywords: Size font 10, alignment to block, maximum 5 words.
