The registration fees are as follows and must be paid in euros, free of charge:

To qualify for member rates, the IAH membership number must be provided in the registration form. No exception.
To qualify for student rates, a copy of the student identification card or an equivalent declaration signed by the institution must be provided. No exception.
Member and non-member congress registration fees include:
- - Entrance/attendance to all sessions
- - One copy of the Abstract Book and CD-ROM Proceedings
- - Coffee breaks, Mid-Congress Field Trip, Welcome reception and Gala dinner
- - Student registration excludes Gala dinner; it’s possible to pay the dinner apart
