GRANTS FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
Some financial support can be provided, depending of the availability of the organization. The participants from less developed countries or students can ask for grants. Together with the registration form, it is necessary to send:
- A letter or an e-mail asking for support, indicating what kind of support is needed (registration fees, travel tickets, accommodation, meals) and an estimation of the amount involved in the air tickets.
- A brief personal curriculum, with a maximum of one page, including the working place and personal position on the company or institution.
- Abstract (or abstracts) of the presentation(s) that you have intention to present on the Congress. Please follow the rules established for the abstracts in this announcement. The presentation of the abstract is obligatory to consider the request.
All the requests must be sent until 15 February 2007, the final date for the abstract submission. They will be carefully considered by a special commission of the organizing committee and, according the financial availability, the final decision will be announced to the candidates until the end of March 2007.
After acceptance, the grant will be conditioned by the presentation of the extended abstract until 31 May 2007, which will be obligatory. |
